Internships at KCH
Alongside running houses, KCH takes on interns — and quite a few of them have been tenants first, or become tenants along the way. It's a way into a community as much as it is a job.
What interns work on
The work depends on the intern's skills and interests. Past and current areas include marketing, PR, content creation, communication, and event planning — using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro. KCH also has a technical side (this website is part of it), so some interns work on spreadsheets, automation, and light coding — Excel, VBA, Google Apps Script, and beyond.
Interns have come from France, Belgium, and Japan, among other places. If you're interested, we can connect you with a past intern to hear about their actual experience before you decide.

What we look for
We care less about a specific major than about whether you're organized, communicate well, and are comfortable in a small, informal, fast-moving environment. Comfort with everyday tools (Google Drive, Excel) and some Korean ability both help, but neither is a strict requirement — it depends on the role.
